websites.  Our website is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services. 

A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website assign to your device while you are viewing a website. Cookies are very helpful and can be used for various different purposes. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. IP ADDRESSES / LOG FILES 

When you use our services our view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by DJ in Cornwall to provide general statistics regarding use of the DJ in Cornwall Website. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and is not used to identify any individual.

For example, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.

We may promote use of our services to you and share promotional and information content with you in accordance with your communication preferences. 

We may provide other companies with statistical information about our users — but this information will not be used to identify any individual user. 

We may send information to you regarding changes to our Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, other legal agreements OR to meet legal requirements. The data privacy law allows this as part of our legitimate interest in understanding our customers and providing the highest levels of service.

We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your Personal Information to the third party. 

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 200 women aged under 25 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day).  We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as is required in order to contact you about a service you have signed up to, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements). 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we securely delete the information or anonymise it or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will delete this information from the servers at an earlier date if you so request, as described in “To Unsubscribe from Our Communications” below.

• You can request access, correction, updates or deletion of your personal information. 
• You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information. 
• If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it 
affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
